ถ้ารู้สึกเบื่อที่จะต้องอยู่ในที่ๆวุ่นวายผมแนะนำ วัดป่าเชิงเลน เลยครับ
วัดป่าเชิงเลนเนี่ยเป็นวัดที่ซ่อนอยู่ในป่าริมคลองแถบๆชานเมืองกรุงเทพ รอบวัดๆเต็มไปด้วยพืชพันธุ์นานาชนิดถ้ามองจากถนนหลักนี่คือแทบไม่เห็นตัววัดเลยครับ
มีคนบอกมาว่าวัดนี้เนี่ยสันนิษฐานสร้างมาแล้ว 200ปี ตั้งแต่สมัยอยุธยาแล้วโดนปล่อยรกร้างมานานมากเนื่องจากตัววัดอยู่ติดคลองจึงทำให้เกิดการทรุดตัวบ่อยชาวบ้านสมัยก่อนบูรณะไม่ไหวจึงปล่อยร้างไป จนกระทั่งในปี 2532 เกิดการบูรณะอีกครั้งจึงมาเป็น วัดป่าเชิงเลนจนถึงปัจจุบันนี้
วัดนี้ไม่เหมือนวัดทั่วๆไปนะครับ ที่จะมีสถาปัตยกรรมสวยงามเนื่องจากที่นี่เนี่ยเค้ามีจุดประสงค์ที่จะดับทุกข์ ทิ้งความโลภ ทำจิตใจให้สงบ เหมือนกับ พุทธพจน์ที่ตั้งอยู่เหนือพระประธานในอุโบสถ “นตฺถิ สนฺติ ปรํ สุขํ : สุขอื่นใดยิ่งกว่าความสงบไม่มี”
ถ้าใครมีปัญหาในเรื่องธรรมมะ พระทุกรูปที่นี่พร้อมใจที่จะช่วยครับ ถึงพระที่นี่อาจจะมีไม่เยอะเท่าที่อื่นแต่รับรอบช่วยได้แน่นอนครับ
โดยรวมแล้วถ้าใครต้องการหาที่ปฏิบัติธรรม นั่งสมาธิ ทำกิจกรรมทางพุทธศาสนาสงบๆ ที่นี่เหมาะแน่นอนครับ

 

Have you ever feel tired of being in the middle of chaos? Do you feel like you need some time off? Is the urban life too tiring? Then fear not, the " Wat Pa Choeng Lane " temple is for you. The temple is hidden inside a forest in the capital city of Thailand, Bangkok, surrounded by thousands of plants with a canal beside, therefore it is very calm, peaceful and favoured by locals. It is said that the temple has built 200 years ago, since the Kingdom of Ayutthaya.

Wat Pa Choeng Lane is unlike other temples. There is no elegant architecture or a big space since the temple's goal is to help Buddhist eliminate Dukkha, abandon lust and makes their mind peaceful as this Buddha quote in the chapel says
" There is no other happiness than peacefulness " The abbot and monks here are also very welcome to help you with Dhamma problems.

If you seek Dhamma and peacefulness then you shouldn't miss out this temple.
